This policy sets out our approach and responsibilities in managing health and safety in all aspects of our operations, including packing, loading, transportation, unloading and on-site handling of goods.

Management Responsibilities
Company management has overall responsibility for implementing this Health and Safety Policy and ensuring adequate resources are in place. This includes:

Providing appropriate equipment, vehicles and personal protective equipment. Arranging training and refresher training where required. Employee Responsibilities
All employees, including drivers, porters and any sub-contracted workers, have an obligation to take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions. Employees must:
Follow all safety procedures, instructions and training provided. Use vehicles, equipment and protective gear correctly and report any defects immediately. Avoid taking unnecessary risks or shortcuts that could compromise safety. Report hazards, near-misses, accidents and injuries as soon as possible. Risk Assessment and Safe Working Practices

Vehicle, Driving and Road Safety
